Sage North America, which provides business management software and services to more than 2.9 million small and mid-sized businesses in Canada and the United States, today announced CRM Relevant Products/Services industry analyst Brent Leary will present Social CRM trends at Sage Summit, the company's North American customer Relevant Products/Services conference being held November 9-11 at the Georgia World Congress Center. Leary's Wednesday, November 11th 8:30 a.m. EST session will also be available via live Webcast for remote participants, and a recording will be available for later viewing.
